Before you begin
Prepare your business details
Have your business and contact information ready.
You will also need access to the email address used for your merchant account.
No new terminal required
QwikPay works alongside your existing payment setup.
You can display the merchant QR code on a phone or tablet, or print it for your counter.

Create your account
Submit the merchant application
- Open the merchant application.
- Enter your name, email address and requested business details.
- Confirm your email using the verification code sent by QwikPay.
- Submit the registration form.
After registration, sign in to the merchant dashboard to continue setup.

Complete setup
Review and verify your profile
- Sign in to your QwikPay merchant dashboard.
- Review your business profile and contact information.
- Complete any identity or business verification requested in the dashboard.
- Follow the dashboard instructions until your merchant account is ready.

The details in your profile help QwikPay identify your business and support your account.

Prepare your QR code
Choose how to display it
Once your account is ready, open the merchant QR code in the dashboard.
- Show it on a phone or tablet.
- Print it and place it beside your existing terminal.
- Position it where customers can scan without obstruction.

Before your first payment
Check your payment setup
- Check that the QR code is clear and fully visible.
- Keep your existing payment options available.
- Ask the customer to review the amount before confirming.
- Check the merchant dashboard for payment confirmation.
