Step 1: Why verify your identity?

Identity verification is required to unlock your QwikPay account features, including adding funds and making payments. This is a standard security requirement for digital payment services.

Step 2: Required documents

You will need a physical photo ID to complete verification. Accepted documents include:

• Driver's Licence
• Passport
• Adult Proof of Age Card

Step 3: When to verify

You can verify your identity in two ways:

• During sign-up: Complete identity verification as part of the registration process.
• When adding funds: If you skip verification during sign-up, QwikPay will prompt you to complete it when you first try to add money to your wallet.
